Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 10.08.2025 Welcome to Babumoshai Events (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.bmevent.in (“Website”) and our event planning, catering, and management services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Scope of Services Babumoshai Events provides full-service event planning and management, including catering, décor, live entertainment, logistics, and coordination for personal and corporate events. 2. Booking and Payment A formal booking is only confirmed after a signed agreement and payment of the specified advance amount. Booking Advance (Non-refundable) – 50% of the total cost at the time of signing this Agreement. Pre-event Advance – 30% of the total cost at least 30 days prior to the date of the event. Pre-event Advance – 20% of the total cost at least 3 days prior to the date of the event. In case of non-payment of the full and final amount within first half of the day of event, Babumoshai Events reserves the right to cancel the event, withhold services, or take any other necessary action without any liability or obligation for compensation. All payments to be made via Bank Transfer / UPI / Cheque / Cash (mention details). Any additional services requested after the agreement may attract extra charges and shall be payable on demand. All prices are subject to applicable GST and other taxes. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy If the event is cancelled by the Client, the following deductions will apply: Before 15 days of the event: 20% of total amount (Booking Advance) forfeited. Remaining amount will be adjusted on next booking.  No Cash refund allowed. Between 15 to 3 days of the event: 50% of total estimate payable. Within 72 hours of the event: 100% of total estimate payable. If the event is cancelled by Babumoshai Eventdue to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, the entire amount received shall be refunded within 15 working days. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate event details and cooperate in a timely manner to ensure proper planning and execution. Any changes in event date, venue, or scope must be communicated at least 14 days in advance. The client is responsible for obtaining permissions or licenses (e.g., for music or alcohol) unless otherwise agreed upon. 5. Use of Website You agree not to misuse the Website or its content in any way. All content, images, and branding on the Website are the intellectual property of Babumoshai Events and may not be used without permission. 6. Liability Babumoshai Events will make every effort to ensure a successful event. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, cancellations, or third-party failures. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the event. 7. Privacy Policy By using our Website or Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information. 8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
